Exchange Policy

Exchange in 7 days. Pickup ₹99, free if we erred. Credit after. Refund if we erred.

• Raise it within 7 days of delivery. After that, it's yours.
• Any reason works: wrong size, changed your mind, didn't feel it. We don't ask.
• Exchanges get store credit, valid for 6 months. Refunds go to your original payment only if we got it wrong: wrong item, damaged or defective.
• Pickup costs ₹99. It is free if we got it wrong (wrong item, damaged or defective).
• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in the original packaging. We check.
• Cut list pieces are exchangeable like regular stock.
• India only.

No exchange: leather, final runs, final sale items, bralettes, underpants, swim sets, made to order. The product page says so before you buy.

How it works: Raise an exchange here. We pick it up in 2–3 days. When it reaches Okhla, your credit or replacement goes out the same week. Replacements dispatch after the return reaches us.

Cancel: only until it's dispatched. After that, exchange.
